John grew up in Chennai, India, earned a Master’s in Social Work, and spent over a decade working with International Justice Mission. During that time, he worked to rescue and rehabilitate more than 4,000 survivors of forced labor across South India.

In 2019, he moved to Orlando and established John’s South Indian Kitchen to share authentic cuisine and provide community-focused service. He is a proud husband to Rachel Jesubakthan and father to their son, Isaac.

Dr. Kandasamy Krishnan is the founder of the Foundation for Sustainable Development, an organization empowering rural communities in India through programs in education, healthcare, and women’s empowerment.

With a background in academia and development work, he is a visionary leader committed to grassroots solutions that create lasting social change.

Nicholas Robinson, a native of Jacksonville, is deeply committed to serving others and advocating for those who have been taken advantage of, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to rebuild their lives. A former Marine Crew Chief, he now serves as Assistant CFO at Hembree Construction, where he is dedicated to fostering financial sustainability and operational excellence.

He and his wife, Erin, live in Orlando, where they are passionate about giving back to their community.

Bible and Graphic Design, Crystal has worked as the Marketing Director of a College, the Communications Director at several multi-site churches and in the UK as a missionary to at-risk youth. Currently, she is the Senior Designer at Action Church in Winter Park, Florida.

Being in full-time ministry for almost 20 years has built a heart and passion in Crystal to ‘mind the gap’ between the church and those who need a Savior, whether that be in designing compelling graphics, teaching in small or large-group settings, or leading people on short-term mission trips.

Rachel Jesubakthan lives in Orlando, FL, with her husband, John, and their son, Isaac. She serves as the Children's Director at Grace Church, where she has worked for over a decade, dedicating her time to helping children and families grow in faith and learning. Her passion for working with children has been evident throughout her career, as every job she has held has involved caring for and nurturing them.

She’s married to John Jesubakthan and since their marriage, she has developed a deep commitment to India and social justice, believing everyone deserves dignity and opportunity.
